I'm Tarasa Gardner
I am a 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, completing 500 hours of accredited training and leading over 2,500 hours of yoga and meditation.
First finding yoga after a serious car accident, my yoga practice looked anything but strong and flexible. I couldn’t do Downdog. And while I started yoga hoping to regain strength and mobility in my dominant arm, what kept bringing me back to my mat was how good I felt emotionally and mentally. It changed my life.
From there, I am here. My style is laid-back and heart forward.
It’s not about handstands and splits. Yoga with TG focuses on finding space, strength, and stretch with grace to accept each day and each practice and the tenacity to keep coming back to the mat.
