A Solid Foundation

Throughout the 8 weeks  you will learn the adaptability of yoga to help you gain and maintain mobility and agility. You will have the tools to ground yourself, mentally and emotionally and the confidence to step on your mat and make any practice your own.

The book (my gift to each student) will provide you with accessible and transformative ways to experience and incorporate yoga beyond the physical practice.

Community, Connection, and Growth

We will work together; I am here and so are the others in the Academy, and we all learn from each other as we practice and read and discuss. 

Post in the private community, attend the live monthly check-ins with your questions, and remember that you are not alone on the journey. 

I am also always available to my students and personally respond to messages.

Your Tailored Path

I work individually with students to tailor the practice so that it is comfortable and nourishing where you are at the start of the Academy, throughout the 8 weeks, as well as where you are headed. These 8 weeks are really your launchpad for a lifetime of feeling your best.

You will experience Tenacity and Grace -- to come back to your mat each day with Tenacity but with Grace for where you are, allowing the practice to meet you there and help you there.

I'm Tarasa Gardner

I am a 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, completing 500 hours of accredited training and leading over 2,500 hours of yoga and meditation. 

First finding yoga after a serious car accident, my yoga practice looked anything but strong and flexible. I couldn’t do Downdog. And while I started yoga hoping to regain strength and mobility in my dominant arm, what kept bringing me back to my mat was how good I felt emotionally and mentally. It changed my life.

From there, I am here. My style is laid-back and heart forward.

It’s not about handstands and splits. Yoga with TG focuses on finding space, strength, and stretch with grace to accept each day and each practice and the tenacity to keep coming back to the mat.
