Celebrate the longest day of the year!
Instead of doing all 108 sun salutations at once (that's a lot!), we'll break it down into smaller chunks. We'll do 12 sun salutations each day for 9 days. That way, it's not scary or tiring, and everyone can join in!

THIS experience is different.

beginning June 12 and
ending on the summer solstice
* I'll show you how to do the Sun Salutations
even if you can't touch your toes yet.
We can use walls, chairs, anything to help!
* Every day, you'll get a video
to show you exactly what to do
(like having your own, private yoga teacher!)
* There's a private Facebook group
where you can meet others doing the
challenge too! You can cheer each other
on and ask questions.

108 your way: your schedule and pace
Each day in the Facebook group and in your Inbox, I will premiere the 12 salutations video at 5:30 am so that you can complete them before work, over lunch, in the evening, all at once or in chunks -- your schedule and preference.
Not only are you not having to complete all 108 in one session; each day, you do not have to complete the 12 salutations in one session either. This format gives you the freedom to choose your practice.
The first email you receive also includes videos on variations for the sun salutations (including chair and wall options).
You can design your practice each day for how you are feeling and what you are needing. All sun salutations do not need to be the same!!! Even within each day's practice, you could do each one a little differently!
I also LOVE that this approach to the ritual of 108 salutations allows us to pick and then really focus on a mantra or intention (a deep desire or wish), something to manifest in the summer season. It's not just a one class and done experience but 9 days to focus, flow, and prepare for an amazing summer!
It's up to you. It's your practice. It's your celebration.

I'm Tarasa Gardner
I am a 500 E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance, completing 500 hours of accredited training and leading over 4.000 hours of yoga and meditation.
First finding yoga after a serious car accident, my yoga practice looked anything but strong and flexible. I couldn’t do Downdog.
