Join me in completing 108 sun salutations to celebrate the summer solstice, the longest day of the year.
Instead of 108 in one two-hour session, which can be intimidating, this challenge is accessible for everyone.
* 12 salutations each day for 9 days.
*Starting June 13 and completing on June 21, the summer solstice.
*Videos and content provided in a private Facebook Group and via email for your convenience and choice.
*Want to do all 108 on the summer solstice? I got you -- at 5:30 am the morning of summer solstice, a video of the entire experience will be included!

108 your way: your schedule and pace
Each day in the Facebook group and in your Inbox, I will premiere the 12 salutations video at 5:30 am so that you can complete them before work, over lunch, in the evening, all at once or in chunks -- your schedule.
It can be overwhelming to tackle the traditional 108 sun salutations in one practice. This format gives you the freedom to choose your practice.
The first email you receive also includes videos on variations for the sun salutations (including chair and wall options).
You can design your practice each day for how you are feeling and what you are needing. All sun salutations do not need to be the same!!! Even within each day's practice, you could do each one a little differently!
Those who DO wish to complete the practice at once, on the summer solstice, can do so. At 5:30 am on summer solstice the email will include a video of all 108 put together for a seamless experience. It's up to you.
Option to Finish Live!
I will host a live finish to the 108 sun salutations, leading the last 12 sun salutations and a summer solstice savasana.
** A Zoom link and details about time will be provided, and I will stream the Zoom meeting to the Facebook group so that you can join either way.
If you are unable to join in live, you will still receive a video of the last 12 at 5:30 am that morning, and the live video will be provided in the group as well, allowing for you to complete on your own schedule.
