Monday Sculpt, 5:30 pm

In-person or Virtual

Fast-paced with upbeat music. This class includes cues with optional weights and adds strength components. Be ready to sweat, stretch, and smile. 

Wednesday Vinyasa, 5:30 pm

In-person or Vritual

More gentle than Mondays with a great stretch and focus on breath and movement. Great cross training to lengthen out the muscles and prepare for your next long run. 

Saturday Vinyasa,
9 am 

Virtual only.

This morning stretch is perfect for before or after your long run out on the trail. 

It also makes for a great off day cross training workout.
